Booking & Cancellation
Thank you for booking with Martin&Ko Hair Salon
Your appointments are important to us, and we reserve time specifically for you. To ensure fair availability for all clients, please kindly follow our cancellation and rescheduling policies below. Please be advised that valid banking card information is required to be provided for all bookings as proof of reservation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling – 48 hours
Clients are charged the following fees for non-attendance and late cancellation:
– 100% of the fee for non-appearance
– 50% of the fee for late cancellation (provided that the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance)
Payment can be processed when making appointments.
We understand everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible, but at least 48 hours before your appointment.
The policy is displayed to customers at the point of booking.
You are entitled to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. After this time, you will be charged 50% of the hair service price for late cancellation, or 100% of the service price for not showing up.
We’ll send you a friendly reminder 48 hours before your appointment to help you keep track, especially for bookings made well in advance.
